Este curso se enfoca en los/as hispano/latinos/as dentro del paisaje cultural de los Estados Unidos. Ofrece una mirada al medio ambiente multicultural de los Estados Unidos, a la presencia latina (pasado, presente y futuro), y al desarrollo saludable de congregaciones hispana/latinas. Ve la iglesia hispana/latina como una comunidad pastoral y carismática. Los/as estudiantes exploraran los dones, talentos, propósitos y visión de la iglesia hispana, así como su adoración y servicio beneficia aquellos/as dentro y fuera de la iglesia local. Finalmente, este curso da dirección a los retos y oportunidades de hacer ministerio en tiempos exponentes.

This course focuses on Hispanic/Latinos/as in the USA cultural landscape. It offers a glimpse of the USA multicultural environment, the Latino presence (past, present and future), and the healthy development of Hispanic/Latino congregations. It views the Latino/ church as a charismatic and pastoral community. Students explore the gifts, talents, purpose, and vision of the Latino/a church, as well as how its worship and service benefits those inside and outside the local church. Finally, the course addresses the challenges and opportunities of doing ministry in exponential times.

Application deadline for admissions is November 3, 2017.
This course is for Winter 2018 term.
