Class Description

The Master of Arts in Christian Ministry (MACM) is designed to provide theologically informed and competent lay and ordained leaders in specialized ministry for the local church and beyond. The MACM cultivates awareness of the social and cultural contexts in which ministry occurs. It promotes growth of knowledge and skills for competence in a specialized area of ministry. This degree program may meet the academic requirements for ordination as a Deacon in the United Methodist Church.
