Class Description

Asbury Theological Seminary’s 30-hour (plus dissertation work) Master of Theology in Intercultural Studies introduces students to theological, contextual, and strategic literatures of missiology and prepares them for informed and effective practice of mission across cultures and within the student’s own culture. Through theological research that focuses on the mandate, message, and mission of the Christian church, you’ll develop a deep understanding of biblical-theology and history from a cultural perspective. Upon graduation, you’ll be prepared to teach within the academy.
