Class Description

The RN to BSN program allows registered nurses who have completed an Associate Degree in Nursing to return to school and complete a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in as little as 12 months. The Institute of Medicine has made recommendations that 80% of nurses have at least a Bachelor’s degree by the Year 2020. Additionally, many employers (including the Veteran’s Administration hospitals/facilities) are requiring nurses have at least a Bachelor’s degree to be employed. Our online RN to BSN program takes into account the busy schedules of working nurses while integrating the Essentials of a Baccalaureate in Nursing recommendations of the American Association of Colleges of Nursing.
