Alice Ford has been working with individuals in all manner of life situations since the early 1980’s, when she received her degree in Social Work. Alice has been the Director of the Phoenix Rape and Battering Hotline, a trainer for the Women’s Crisis Center in Ann Arbor, a counselor for Ozone House Runaway Shelter in Ann Arbor, a co-founder of the Rape Survivor’s Network in Ann Arbor, is a certified conflict and mediation specialist in the state of Maryland, a Landmark Forum graduate and more. Also trained in corporate management techniques through her years in management with ADP, American Express and Kraft Foodservice, Alice has a dynamic blend of managerial skills and counseling skills that all take root in her spiritual direction and coaching as an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church.
All these skills come to bear in the coaching work that Alice does with clients who are ready for transformational change in their life. Whether their challenges are around leadership development, management, startups, team building, professional relationships, career change or discerning life purpose, Alice is excited to be part of the discovery process. Alice has completed her PCC coursework and seeks to attain PCC certification in early 2019.
